Online scams - get paid to surf

Well this entire topic had me baffled for over a month.

How could companies possibly pay me to read my email or how could I get a free X-Box or HD Television?

Well after lots of digging I now have a degree in Murphy's Law School. The truth is that there are a lot of scams and I certainly saw A LOT of them.

Here's what the scams looked like ...

I signed up for some free offers. And several times a day I received an email inviting me to claim my free gift. The reward itself varied. Everything from a $100 Visa Card, to a gas card, a free TV, and lots of other cool electronic gadgets.

My in-box was flooded with offers. They started coming in so rapidly I could barely keep up. I read ... I clicked ... I read ... I clicked .... and then I finally got it figured out.

I pride myself as being someone who is quite "net savy". I have been online since about 1995. But it's only recently that I decided to turn my surfing time into an opportunity to make some cash.

In my opinion ... why not get paid for something I'm already doing.

Start with visiting this site here ... and tomorrow I'll post more details on how I did it.

Paid Survey Scams Revealed - The Truth About Paid Surveys

It's really quite fun to think about what you would do if you had a little extra cash in the bank.

Imagining, how nice it would be to eliminate the debt looming over your head or knowing with certainty that all your bills will be paid on time or even just being able to pamper yourself and family with a few new toys is a dream most people have.

This is true whether you are a stay at home mom, college student, or simply looking for a way to make a little extra spending money.

Dishonest people know this and as a result, there are no shortage of "get paid" and "get rich" schemes, courses, and books floating around the internet. Just do a search on Google for "get paid" and you get 342,000,000 search results!

Skepticism greets jobs guarantee for nursing grads

Today in the London Free Press:

Ontario’s promise to guarantee full-time jobs to all nursing graduates starting next year prompted deep skepticism in London Monday.

“Here in London we are looking at layoffs and the province is promising full-time jobs?” said an incredulous Dawn Blenkhorn-Bax, co-ordinator of the Ontario Nurses' Union Local 100 in London.

Getting Back Canadian Doctors

Dr. David Bach the new head of the Ontario Medical Association has made getting more doctors into the province his first priority.

Bach is trying to get back over nine thousand physicians who were trained in Canada, but now work in the United States.

Over the weekend the radiologist from London, Ontario, was elected to replace Dr. Greg Flynn as head of the association.

Bach says though measures have been taken to increase medical school enrollment in the province, he says more needs to be done right now.
